Pre-Order Shipping

All items at Resolute Studios are available for pre-order. Pre-order items are not shipped immediately—they are fulfilled once production is complete. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.

Processing Time

• Pre-order items typically take 4–6 weeks to manufacture and prepare for shipment.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, cancellations or changes may not be possible since your order will already be in production.
